Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware Will Not Install
If you are having trouble installing Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware, the cause could easily be the malware itself! Some malware will detect that you are trying to run a file named “mbam-setup.exe” and disallow it with no error or warning. The solution is simple — rename the setup file to an arbitrary name and the setup should run! Good luck!

YES!!! ive been working on my computer for hours… infected by MSA.exe. This worked and Malwarebytes did its thing. THANKS A LOT!!!!!!
