Hi, I’ve got an Aspire 4920 and i want to clone my external monitor but am only able to extend. the acer handbook says i can chose this setting in the Empowering section but i don’t have it for some reason. the laptop was Vista but i got XP loaded when i bought it, is this why i no longer have the empowering section? i know i’m supposed to.

thanks for the great how to on rolling back Vista to XP.

i do have a question. is the reason that Windows XP install disc cannot see the hard disc drive to install to beause it is SATA or is it because there is something in the BIOS that prevents this?
